But most important: A past life regression therapy session is intended to take you to the source of what isn’t working in your life today so it can be acknowledged and transformed to create that healing that is so necessary to move on.
Here’s an example is one of my own sessions. Purpose of the session was to understand my relationship with money. I used to get a certain amount of money and then I would create some emergency, real or imagined, and spend or lose it all. I simply got tired of this and I knew this process would bring the knowledge and peace I needed and deserved.
After the initial relaxation meditation, I went back to 1853. I was an assayer in a little town in Northern California. (I didn’t know the name of the town, or have since forgotten it.) The significant event was me, a man of about 40, lying on a wooden floor with these little drawers on one side of the room all opened that I sensed they were empty. I felt a pain on my head. I clearly saw my clothes, my hands as I woke up and I knew that everything had been taken from me. Every scene after that showed me slowly growing older, drinking alcohol and giving up on life. His/my last day on earth was as a broken alcoholic in tattered clothing sitting in front of what used to be his assay office. The lesson of that lifetime feeling in this life, even if I made a lot of money it would be taken from me so why even bother saving? More to it, much more , but that gives you an idea of how healing it can be. I no longer feel that way and I know it was due to this past life knowledge.
Nothing scary, woo-woo, just information that gave me what I needed to have a better relationship with money.
I have many more stories that I will share another time. So I tell people that even if you think this is your only life, you can consider it a metaphor for what you want to learn. The important thing is to heal the past so you can live a more fulfilling life now.
